We launch it, hand you the keys, and on our full brand + site packages, your first month of Care is on us. With Care you can ask us anything: small edits, quick questions, help when you're stuck. We just handle it, so you're never left figuring it out alone. Anything bigger we'll quote first, no surprises. Near the end of that month we'll ask if you want to keep it. Say yes and it's month-to-month, stop whenever. Say nothing and it just ends.

What does monthly Care cover?+
Your first month is on us, and Care is opt-in. About three weeks after launch we'll email and ask if you want to keep it going. Billing only starts if you say yes. Care covers platform & security updates installed as they roll out, small edits & content swaps, backups, and priority support. You email, we handle it. It's not a fee for nothing. It's your site staying healthy so you never have to think about it.
Do I own my site and everything?+
Yes, completely. Once you're launched and paid up, it's all yours: the site, the domain, your accounts, and every brand file, in your name, in your accounts. If we ever go our separate ways, you keep everything and nothing gets switched off.
What if I don't love the first design?+
We'll get it right together. Before we build the whole thing, we agree on the direction together, so there are no surprises. And every project includes revision rounds to fine-tune it until it feels unmistakably like you.
What if I need more than a tier includes?+
No problem. Need an extra page? That's +$150. Need a lot more? We step you up a tier. There's also a full list of add-ons under the pricing tiers, from packaging to menus to vendor files. Either way it's always agreed up front, never a surprise.
Can you just do my logo?+
We can, that's $750. But here's the honest answer: a logo on its own is a mark with no rules. For $1,200, Zest gives you the logo plus your colors, your type, your brand guide and your voice, so everything you make after this looks like it belongs together. Most people who start with the logo end up wanting the rest, and it costs less to do it in one go.
How long does it take?+
Brand only is about 1 to 2 weeks, brand plus a site is 3 to 4, and brand plus a store is 4 to 6. One thing worth knowing up front: the clock starts when your deposit and your content are both in, not at our first chat. We always aim to beat the estimate, and the fastest projects are the ones where the content lands early.
What do you need from me?+
Not much, and we'll send you a simple form that asks for all of it in one go: your copy, your photos, and any logins we need. We ask for it within 2 weeks of booking. If it runs longer than that the project pauses and the timeline shifts to when everything lands, purely so your spot doesn't sit half-built while other work waits. No copy yet? That's fine, writing is included from Fresh Squeeze up.
How does payment work?+
Simple: 50% deposit to book, 50% at launch. We never drop the price, we adjust the scope. Care comes with our full brand + site packages: your first month's on us, then we ask if you want to continue. Billing only starts if you say yes, and it's month-to-month from there, no contract. À la carte builds (brand-only, site-only) don't include Care, they're one-time and yours to run.

Hi, I'm Jacqueline.
I've been building brands for 20+ years, and my biggest one has always been my own. At 14, I started posting drum covers to YouTube. It grew into millions of views, a few sponsorships, and a personal brand I've been running ever since. It's my longest-running and most personal brand work, and it's where I taught myself photography, website coding, video, editing, and sound. (Yes, I was that kid who hand-coded their MySpace when they didn't need to, but because they wanted to.)
From there, it became the work. I earned a Communications and Marketing degree from American University, then moved to Nashville, TN, where I helped build and ran the customer service sector of a local startup. Soon after, I founded my own video production company, Entertwine Media, producing and editing for prominent YouTubers, shooting music videos for musicians, and taking thousands of product and portrait photos along the way. In 2024, I founded Fudge Fairy Co. and built the brand from the ground up. It's the exact process I'll run for you.
